Thomas E. Hatfield, III   CFP®

Tom Hatfield graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in 1967 where he earned varsity letters in Basketball, Baseball and was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity.  Tom earned the Certified Financial Planner™ professional designation in 1982.  He is a deacon at Prestonwood Baptist church where he serves on the Finance and Insurance Committees.  For many years he served as Chairman of the Insurance Committee at Prestonwood Church.   In addition, he a former member of The Baylor University Development Council and Planned Giving Council.  Tom has also been an active member of his community volunteering in numerous capacities.  Tom and his wife of  50 years, Johnnie, have 3 children and 7 grandchildren and currently serve as Marriage Mentors.

Thomas E. Hatfield, IV  AIF®

Tommy Hatfield joined his father at Hatfield Financial in 1997.  Tommy graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson with a BSBA in Finance in 1996 where he held numerous offices in Pi Kappa Alpha, was a goalie on the Lacrosse team and now serves as President of the Dallas Chapter of the Arizona Alumni Club.  Tommy is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, AIF®, holding him to the higher Fiduciary standard of care in dealing with his clients, their retirement plans and accounts.  Since joining the firm, Tommy's top priority has been to help investors escape the Investors' Dilemma, a situation most investors face.  Tommy has volunteered in numerous areas including serving on the board of JuviGap, and coaching numerous youth sports.  Currently, Tommy, his wife Rhonda and 3 sons live in Dallas and are active members of their church.
